Angelfish (freshwater)

Freshwater angelfish are easily recognized by their flowing fins and have a wide variety of color patterns. They require a 30 gallon tank at the minimum for a single or pair, and can become territorial when conditions are cramped. They are a hardy fish that does well on a simple diet of flakes along with bloodworms or shrimp, but other fish may find their fins tempting to nip on, so be sure to research before selecting aquarium mates!
